Mounting systems
The monorail hoist, consisting of 2 chassis for horizontal travel and a hoist winch for raising/lowering the facade elements, runs on aluminum support rails, which are characterized by their light weight and good static values. The total length of the rails corresponds to the facade sections to be traveled, including external and internal curves. Several monorail hoists can be used on one rail system at the same time. When a building section (e.g. 15 floors) is installed, the entire rail system is raised by another section. The system adapts to the construction progress and "climbs" up with the building. To enable efficient work, 3 different speeds are possible for raising and lowering and 2 for horizontal travel. The system is controlled via radio.
